- About ClearHack
-
- Do you find the dotted underlining under all the text in MemoPad memos,
- DateBook notes, and other multi-line fields visually distracting? ClearHack
- takes those underlines away. When used in conjunction with ShiftHack, it
- makes the MemoPad a more comfortable place to edit Quartus source and other
- documents.
-
- ClearHack is a HackMaster-compatible shareware module. It's tightly-coded,
- efficient, and compatible with all Pilots up to and including the PalmPilot
- Professional and the Palm III.
-
-
- - Requirements and Installation
-
- ClearHack occupies less than 1K of your Pilot's RAM.
-
- ClearHack is a HackMaster module, and as such requires DaggerWare's
- excellent HackMaster system extender, available as shareware from
- <http://www.daggerware.com>. Please consult DaggerWare's documentation as
- regards HackMaster's installation and operation.
-
- After HackMaster is installed on your Pilot, use your Pilot Desktop software
- to install clrhk21.prc, just as you would install any other Pilot program.
- ClearHack can then be enabled from HackMaster's main panel. No
- configuration is required.
-
-
- - Notes on ClearHack's Operation
-
- While this version of ClearHack adds removal of the underlining in the Date
- Book and Address Book, the underlining will temporariliy re-appear in the
- entry currently being edited.
-
-
- - Registration
-
- ClearHack is shareware, and can be purchased from
- <http://www.viamall.com/pilotgear> for $5 US. Registered users are entitled
- to technical support, free e-mail updates, and my thanks.
-
- The copy of ClearHack provided here is not limited in any manner. It
- doesn't nag, and won't expire.
